My professional goal is continued excellence in service to my clients and to keep aware of the growing trends in our community and in real estate in general. I intend to work to see Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance grow in size and offer full real estate services including escrow and loans while maintaining the highest level of professionalism to become the standard to which all other companies strive to be. We will continue to be the number 1 real estate company in Long Beach.

Although I have experience in all areas of Long Beach, I specialize in Waterfront Properties and the neighboring communities.
I have been president / partner of Coldwell Banker Coastco and now Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance since 1995.

| A little bit about me |
| A native Californian, I have been a resident of Long Beach for the past 40 years, attending Long Beach City college and Long Beach State University. My wife and I raised two boys in Long Beach, both attending Wilson High School and then on to UCLA and USC (separately). After the nest emptied, my wife joined me in real estate and we have worked together since. I have been involved in community Organizations ranging from local school and civic activities to currently being on the Board of Directors of the Long Beach Public Library Foundation. I have over 35 years of experience selling both re-sale and new homes sales and have received the most prestigious recognition form Coldwell Banker, the International Presidents Premier Award and have been involved in over 1 billion dollars in home sales. |
